We want you to feel confident when shopping at Paradise Island Wear. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return under the following circumstances:

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for the following reasons:

  • You received a damaged or incorrect item

  • The item received is different in size, material, or design from what was ordered

  • You no longer want the item or ordered the wrong product

To be eligible:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unmodified, with original tags and packaging

  • Returns must be authorized by our support team prior to shipping

We do not accept returns if:

  • The item has been worn, washed, or altered

  • The item is returned without original packaging or tags

  • The return was not pre-approved via email

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at service@paradiseislandwear.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

    • Proof of purchase and shipping receipt

  2. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a return address

  3. Send your package using a trackable shipping method, and email us the tracking number

⚠️ Please do not return any item without prior email confirmation from our team. Unapproved returns may not be accepted or refunded.

  • We are responsible for all shipping costs incurred for return shipments.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

  • Process your refund within 2 business days
